FAQ

Pets

We know how nice it is to travel with one's pets, however they are not allowed in our apartments, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to arrival.

Cancellation

In the event of withdrawal from Clickappart, it is agreed that we will be required to return double the amount of the deposit as damages and interest, within seven days after withdrawal.

If you wish to cancel your stay more than three weeks before the lease takes effect, the booking deposit will be lost; if you withdraw less than three weeks before the lease takes effect, you will also pay to Clickappart the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as penalty.

Arrival and departure

When booking your apartment, kindly inform us of your expected time of arrival. A representative from Clickappart will welcome you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys to you and finalize moving-in details. Should there be a delay, it is your responsability to contact him/her on the phone number given to you prior to arrival, in order for him/her to adjust his/her schedule and welcome you in the best conditions.

You can inform us of your expected time of departure either upon arrival, or during your stay.

Arrivals are scheduled from 3pm to 8pm, and departures from 8am to 11am. An additional fee between 40€ (for early check out and late arrival) and up to ½ night (for early check in and late check out) may apply in case of arrival/departure outside of this time frame.

Assistance

We are at your disposal before, during and after your stay, by phone or email to answer any question or concern you may have.

Apartments insurance

Apartments are insured against risks such as fire or floods on behalf of our guests. You are requested to report to us within 24 hours any accident occurring in the unit, its appurtenances or accessories.

If you would like coverage for your personal belongings, it is recommended that you take a specific insurance, as well as personal liability coverage.

Cigarette

Keeping in mind the well-being of all, and because the smell of smoke is persistent, we exclusively offer non-smoking apartments.

Safety deposit

The safety deposit is not paid in cash, but rather with a pre-authorization on your credit card, equal to minimum 300€ to maximum 25% of the total of the rent. This electronic pre-authorization is made to insure that the credit card is valid and that there is a sufficient amount to cover the safety deposit. Your credit card is not charged, only in case of damage/loss in the apartment.

Household linens

Household linens (Pillowcases, sheets, duvet cover, towels, bathmats, dishcloth...) are supplied by a professional laundry. For stays of more than 9 nights, the change of linens is included in the price of your stay.

Location

Our apartments are located in Paris most sought-after areas: Saint Germain des Prés, Latin Quarter, Marais, Bastille, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, République. They are close to stores and transportation.

Cleaning

Apartments are cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Beds are made according to the number you indicated at the booking. For stays of more than 9 nights, weekly cleaning service is included. For shorter stays, you can order this service for a fee ranging from 50€ to 70€, depending on the size of the apartments and the number of beds to be made.

Payment

For bookings made through www.clickappart.com, the booking deposit is paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
For bookings made by telephone or email, payment of the booking deposit is done by credit card or bank transfer. Should you choose this last option, kindly send us in the 24h following the booking the references of the transaction and tracking number for the operation.
Payment for the balance of your stay is done upon arrival, either by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash (€uros only).
